Refund policy

We do not accept returns of any goods purchased at the online store.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at yama@leiblecoffee.com.au immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
In case of issues, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you once the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Limited edition items are sold till the stock lasts. If we cannot fulfil your order we will offer a suitable replacement or refund for unfulfilled items.
